IKO continually strive to find new ways to maximise the services provided to all clients. We understand that in today’s fast paced world customers can ill-afford to be let down by their suppliers when it comes to deliveries so we will always strive to be on-time, when and where you need roofing, waterproofing or insulation solutions.

Clear Consignment Visibility - PoD (Proof of Deliveries)

Enhancing the speed and accuracy of our sales despatch process is one of our main aims, our logistics team can now track orders using vehicle telematics, and IKO customers are able view their PoDs (Proof of Delivery) online using a transport job number or delivery postcode, via our e-PoD Portal:

Keeping You in the Loop

Automatic pre-delivery text/emails advising customers of the estimated delivery time, as well as ‘sign on glass’ systems which can identify not only an accurate time of delivery but the name of the person who signed for it are all designed to keep you, the customer, in the loop as much as possible.

By improving our load consolidation and vehicle utilisation, we’ve also reduced our carbon footprint.
