Paving Solutions

Paving solutions are used to create durable surfacing and waterproofing systems for a variety of applications from light domestic to heavy duty industrial use. Modern paving solutions use mastic asphalt or formulated mastic asphalt with polymer technology. They are compatible with a range of insulation products and can be used externally or internally in both heated and unheated buildings.

Depending on the grade of the paving solution, these can be used on standard floors and suspended floors for domestic application but also in hospitals, schools and buildings designed for heavy industrial use. Lighter external use includes balconies, terraces or pedestrian walkways. Heavier duty paving is suitable for vehicle deck specification, including car parks, access ramps and elevated applications. Specialist paving can be used for red road, bridge decks and military tank paving or where required for acid resisting paving.

The benefits of mastic and formulate mastic paving is long term durability and water resistant qualities. These systems are also reactively easy to install and long lasting due to high fatigue resistance and temperature stability through freeze and thaw cycles.

Modern mastic and formulated mastic solutions are delivered to sites in bulk transporters to ensure factory level of quality and are applied using traditional asphalt techniques.
