IKO Armourplan Warm Roof Adhered System
Produced in a range of different membranes, each designed for specific applications, the range comes in two standard colours, mid grey (RAL 7046) and slate grey (RAL 7015). Other colours are available to meet project requirements.
In an IKO Armourplan adhered system, the membrane is fully bonded to the substrate using IKO Spectrabond Low Foaming PU Adhesive or IKOpro Sprayfast FMA Adhesive. Lap joints in the sheets are welded with a hot air gun.
In this build-up, the IKO Armourplan membrane can be installed onto plywood, OSB/timber boarding, smooth concrete, profiled galvanised steel (with suitable overlay), woodwool slab or PIR Insulation.

IKO enertherm GOLD PIR Insulation Board is a multi-functional 100% CFC, HCFC or HFC-free insulation board with a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core, clad on both sides with a multi-layer gas-tight aluminium construction. This high-quality reflecting ALU cladding consists of no fewer than seven layers, combined into a single construction. It is tested under extreme conditions regarding water absorption, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and emissivity.

IKO Ultra H-A Underlay is polyester reinforced bitumen membrane used within a built-up roofing system, The membrane is coated on both sides with self-adhesive bitumen SBS elastomeric coating. A fine mineral upper surface with a 75mm release film selvedge to facilitate rapid installation of lap joints is also present.
