IKO's Armourplan PVC mechanical fixed roofing system offers a flexible and durable waterproofing solution across a wide range of roofing applications. Specifiers can minimise roof zone depths and enjoy more flexibility in design. Single-ply roofing systems also offer a fast-track, and safe installation as no hot works or frames are involved in the process.
Produced in a range of different membranes, each designed for specific applications, the range comes in two standard colours, mid grey (RAL 7046) and slate grey (RAL 7015). Other colours are available to meet project requirements.

IKO Armourplan Warm Roof Mechanical Fixed System Typical System Build Up
IKO enertherm GOLD PIR Insulation Board is a multi-functional 100% CFC, HCFC or HFC-free insulation board with a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core, clad on both sides with a multi-layer gas-tight aluminium construction. This high-quality reflecting GOLD cladding consists of no fewer than seven layers, combined into a single construction. It is tested under extreme conditions regarding water absorption, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and emissivity.

Made of high grade polypropylene with an integral 75mm dia. head.
Available in a variety of lengths to accommodate the ever increasing insulation thicknesses required to meet Part L/J requirements whilst eliminating cold bridge effects.
Used in conjunction with the IKOfix Universal or Concrete fasteners for securing insulation in a layout as indicated by the project specific IKO Polymeric wind uplift calculation.

IKO Spectravap is a 0.3mm thick polyethylene vapour control layer (VCL), suitable for use on most IKO Polymeric mechanically fastened systems.
IKO Spectravap is loose laid over the substrate, and side/end laps are overlapped and sealed with a suitable butyl jointing tape.
NOTE. A bonded Bituminous AVCL can be used
